What does a 3rd party service mean for my payment?
The funds will be withdrawn from your account before they payment is sent. The funds are then deposited into the Bill Pay account, which creates the check, or sends the electronic payment.
Process date vs due date?
We recommend sending payments early just to be safe. The process date is when the check will be sent, it then goes through the mailing service, so it's best customers process their payments before the due date.
Are all payments are sent electronically?
No. Some companies do not accept electronic payments, therefore our Bill Pay service must create and mail the check. Underneath the company’s name for the bill you are paying, you will be able to see if your payment will be processed electronically or by check.
