Tim has been a lender at Ozark Bank since 2019, and his extensive banking career spans more than three decades in the industry. His background makes him a trusted advisor for a variety of business needs, using common sense and logic to solve unique problems.

Tim attended Missouri State University and is a proud Bear. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family.

Jeff is an Ozark native with 36 years of banking experience.

Jeff began his banking career in 1988 as a courier with Ozark Bank before becoming one of our area’s most highly regarded mortgage lenders, learning the industry from the ground up. Jeff is friendly, honest and dedicated to helping others succeed. He served on the Ozark Chamber of Commerce and was a past Ozark Jaycees president. He was also recognized as Chamber Man of the Year by the Nixa Chamber of Commerce.

Rick’s career in banking began in 1987, with experience spanning from being a Bank Examiner with FDIC, and several roles with notable area banks before finding his home at Ozark Bank. Rick graduated from Missouri State University (formerly SMSU) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and received detailed training through FDIC. In the community, Rick has previously served as a Board Member and President of the Discovery Center. He’s also involved with several local schools.

Shane has been a banking professional since August of 1991, arriving at Ozark Bank in 2018. Shane has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is a licensed CPA. He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, CO, further deepening and enhancing his financial expertise. Shane is known for his upfront approach and commitment to honesty and reliability. He believes in listening to customers. He offers sound and fair financing solutions, showcasing his ability to provide quick decisions and tailored financial options. Shane’s blend of professionalism and approachability makes him a valued Ozark Bank team member.

Jeremy brings more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry to Ozark Bank, joining the bank in 2022. He graduated from Missouri State University with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry. Jeremy has also earned the two-time title of Associate Member of the Year with the Home Builders Association of Springfield. Jeremy’s broad experience at established financial institutions and in business, coupled with his strong background in commercial lending has provided him with deep retail and loan knowledge to help his customers reach their goals as a trusted advisor.

Kyle began his banking career 25 years ago. He has spent the past 13 years with Ozark Bank serving as Senior Credit Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business from Missouri State University.  He also graduated from the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin.

Kyle prides himself on treating his customers the way he expects to be treated. He has a long track record of being a reliable and efficient lender who gets the job done. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and traveling with his wife and three daughters.

Tyrell has been in the banking industry since 2008. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Missouri State University in 2007. Before bringing his expertise and friendly nature to Ozark Bank, Tyrell gained experience with several other distinguished banks in the Ozarks. He thrives on watching his customers succeed in business and helping them to reach their next goal. He serves as President of Partners in Education, a group that funds scholarships for youth in the Boys & Girls Club of Springfield. He’s also a leader for the Boy Scouts of America Ozark Trails Council.

Chris serves as the Senior Lender for Ozark Bank. He has led an extensive banking career with more than 30 years of experience under his belt with prominent local and national banks, arriving at Ozark Bank in 2015. He graduated from Nixa High School, and graduated Missouri State University (SMSU) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Organizational Communications.

Chris is an excellent communicator who works hard for his customers to meet expectations and solve difficult problems. He truly understands the unique needs of our area and is passionate about helping people in Christian County. He currently serves on the advisory boards for Least of These and Nixa Community Foundation.

Jennie boasts a 19-year career with Ozark Bank. She began as a teller.  Her commitment to learning combined with experience and hard work led to her promotion to Branch Manager. Jennie is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She is a firm believer in the power of compassion and building solid, genuine relationships within our community bank.

She focuses on being a valuable resource to her customers by delivering excellent service and custom solutions. Jennie loves traveling! She has visited 27 states, plus Canada and Mexico.
